NEW CLIENT - VIRTUAL Measurements/Style Consultation
Duration: 60 minutes
For a first-time Byfas customer. You will meet, via video call, one-on-one with an expert stylist who will help guide you when you’re taking measurements at home (measuring tape required). Your stylist will also help you with garment selection and design. PLEASE NOTE - Keep an eye out for a video call meeting invite email from your stylist.
RETURNING CLIENT - VIRTUAL Fit Assessment
Duration: 30 minutes
Your Byfas order has arrived at your home and you'd like a second opinion on how everything fits. In this session, a stylist will assess the fit of your garment(s) virtually over a video call and will make recommendations on alterations (if needed) to help you achieve a flawless fit. PLEASE NOTE - Keep an eye out for a video meeting invite email from your stylist.
